A very special person who was a huge part of all of our lives and he will be greatly missed. If you were to look up the definition of the word ‘Gentleman’ in a dictionary, it should simply state ‘Arthur Hooper‘ as he was in every respect. He was so enthusiastic for life and always had a keen interest in what we were all up to. As others have mentioned he never missed a birthday and it is quite amazing how he kept track of such a vast extended family. I have so many happy memories of visits to Homestead way and of time spent in his company. Our thoughts and condolences go to all of his family at this time, he may be gone but he will last forever in our memories.
